Deposits and cancellations
To secure a booking, I require a 50% deposit that is non-refundable. However depending on the circumstances, if you need to move your booking to another date, I am happy to transfer your deposit subject to a minimum of 2 weeks notice. If you choose to pay more than 50% as a deposit and have to cancel at a later date only 50% of the total balance will be retained. Anything paid over will be refunded unless less than 2 weeks notice is given. Your booking is only secure and confirmed once the deposit is received. Any balance owed is due 2 working days before collection/delivery. If the balance is not received in full by this date the cake will not be ready to collect or be delivered.

Wedding bookings
Same applies with a 50% deposit. However the balance on weddings is payable 7 days before collection/delivery. If the balance is not received in full by this date the cake will not be ready to collect or be delivered. Your booking is only secure and confirmed once the deposit is received. The Cake
I will not copy another cake maker’s work. I am happy to view cakes a customer likes but will only take inspiration from them to create a unique design.
Some cakes may have plastic dowels or wires used to secure the cake itself or parts on the cake. Please take care when cutting and serving your cake to ensure nothing of such type is consumed. Once a cake is collected or delivered the responsibility of it’s care is with the customer. Advice will be given on storage and/or transportation. No refunds will be provided upon dislike of the taste. A viable reason must be provided within 24 hours if seeking a refund.
