I have been baking and decorating all kinds of cakes and cupcakes for a wide variety of people, events and businesses for approximately 20 years.
During the covid period I was unfortunately made redundant from a cake decoration company and from there “Bake Cake By Claire ” was born.
In October of 2022 life as I knew it changed forever when my little boy Albie-James passed away unexpectedly, so in 2023 I decided to rebrand in his memory to my favourite nickname I use for him “My Sunshine Cakes”.
I have always been very creative and artistic from graphic design at school, art and fashion design at college; I’ve been an events organiser and also an activities coordinator in past years and at one point attended cake decoration courses at night school when my older children were little.
This all paved the way to me owning and building this successful cake business. I’m very proud to be where I am at today, I love my job and I put my heart and soul into each and every one of your creations.
